1. Data Collection

• Email Addresses
  When you subscribe to my mailing list, I collect only your email address to send occasional updates. I do not collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal information.
• Anonymous Analytics
  The adamrendo.com website uses Umami to collect anonymous usage statistics. This includes page views, referrers, device type, and country — but does not track individual users, store IP addresses, or use cookies for tracking. • No Commercial Use of Data
  Adam Rendo does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party, advertiser, or marketing partner.

2. Hosting Infrastructure

Adam Rendo's React-based web apps are served via Amazon Web Services (AWS). AWS may collect:

• Request logs: IP address, timestamp, user-agent, referrer
• Performance metrics: availability, latency (CloudWatch)

Log data and metrics are governed by AWS's privacy practices: aws.amazon.com/privacy

3. Content Delivery Network

The adamrendo.com website uses Amazon CloudFront as the CDN. CloudFront edge servers may log your IP address, request timestamp, user-agent and geolocation. These logs are governed by Amazon's privacy practices: aws.amazon.com/privacy

4. Distribution Platforms

• Google Play Store

• Apple App Store

5. Newsletter Service

Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) is used for managing email subscriptions and sending updates. SES may process email addresses and basic usage metadata (e.g., delivery status). Practices are governed by AWS's SES privacy policy: aws.amazon.com/privacy

Unsubscribe: Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

6. Payments & In-App Purchases

Purchases (apps, in-app features) are processed by Apple or Google. Only purchase confirmations are received; billing details are not accessed.

7. Third-Party Libraries & Services

No analytics, advertising, or social-media SDKs are integrated. Any future services added (e.g., Sentry, Firebase, additional email providers) will be noted in this policy.

8. Cookies

Cookies and local storage are not used for tracking purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date.
